- Take chatbot conversations and sort them into different categories according to specific rules or guidelines.
- Look at various types of text and decide how they should be grouped to make the chatbot smarter and more effective.
- Make sure that all the data is accurate and follows the rules and standards set by the company.
- Work with colleagues from different areas and departments to improve how conversations are categorized and labeled.
- Find any problems or trends in the data that might make the chatbot work less effectively and let others know about them.
- Help create and maintain the tools and documents used for categorizing conversations.
- To be a team player and adapt to different situations and work well together
- Take on special tasks or projects from time to time as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
