Job Description

• Design, develop and refine AI-generated text prompts for various applications.
• Monitor the performance of AI systems and make adjustments as necessary to maintain their accuracy and reliability. 
• Optimize AI prompt generation process to enhance overall system performance.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI, natural language processing, and machine learning
• Provide support to content and product teams in understanding prompt engineering best practices
• Draft and distribute reports on prompt performance and development progress
• Troubleshoot and resolve prompt-related issues.
• Implement and maintain prompt systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to prompt operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt processes are meeting customer needs.
• Manage prompt-related projects and initiatives.
• Integrate prompts into application, ensuring that they are cohesive with the products vision and design language

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in any field
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to break down a complex problem into smaller pieces
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English writing skills 
• Hands-on experience in AI-related tools such as ChatGPT
• Knowledge of prompt systems and processes
• High level understanding of natural language processing, machine learning, and AI-generated content development
• Any prior experience in prompt engineering, or related field is a bonus
