Deputy/Assistant Business Strategy Manager (Omni Channel Management, SME Chatbot Team)
Responsibilities :
- Assist the development of the SME knowledge base, revamp the content and publish to the public, improve customer experience
- Support SME Segment and Product Managers to use intelligent knowledge base, and provide the best suggestions and solutions
- Development, daily management and optimization of the knowledge base, propose new scenarios and enhance the content by analyzing questions asked by SME customers
- Continuous review customer’s questioning trend and suggestions, ensure content will be updated by most up to date information provided by SME Segment and Product Managers
- Optimize the content and design knowledge structure
- Familiar with SME’s products and business, including the operations of the products on different platforms
- Design system requirements and test cases, conduct UAT and produce authentication. Cope with project schedule, communicate and coordinate with relevant business units
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, e-Commerce, Information Technology or related disciplines
- At least 1 year of experience in banking industry with exposure to Corporate Banking of Internet and Mobile Banking channels is highly desirable
- Knowledge and Experiences in managing SME customers
- Be a good team player and self-motivated with strong analytical mindset
- Good command of both Chinese and English, spoken Mandarin is preferable
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Strategy Manager
