Responsibilities :


  • Assist the development of the SME knowledge base, revamp the content and publish to the public, improve customer experience
  • Support SME Segment and Product Managers to use intelligent knowledge base, and provide the best suggestions and solutions
  • Development, daily management and optimization of the knowledge base, propose new scenarios and enhance the content by analyzing questions asked by SME customers
  • Continuous review customer’s questioning trend and suggestions, ensure content will be updated by most up to date information provided by SME Segment and Product Managers
  • Optimize the content and design knowledge structure
  • Familiar with SME’s products and business, including the operations of the products on different platforms
  • Design system requirements and test cases, conduct UAT and produce authentication. Cope with project schedule, communicate and coordinate with relevant business units 




  • Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, e-Commerce, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year of experience in banking industry with exposure to Corporate Banking of Internet and Mobile Banking channels is highly desirable
  • Knowledge and Experiences in managing SME customers
  • Be a good team player and self-motivated with strong analytical mindset
  • Good command of both Chinese and English, spoken Mandarin is preferable
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Strategy Manager
