Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Intelligent Knowledgebase and Voice Navigation System
- Work closely with segment and product managers, provide the most optimal solutions and recommendations
- Continuous monitor and review the knowledgebase, ensure accuracy and get the knowledgebase updated timely
- Update and enhance the content, design and structure of knowledgebase based on customer enquiry trend and feedback
- Draft system requirements test cases, undertake UAT and produce authentication. Communication and coordination among all stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and delivery
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, e-Commerce, Information Technology or related disciplines
- At least 1 year of experience in banking industry and e-banking development areas with exposure to Personal & Corporate Banking of Internet and Mobile Banking channels is highly desirable
- Be a good team player and self-motivated with strong analytical mindset
- Good command of both Chinese and English, spoken Mandarin is preferable
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Strategy Manager
