Wipro Digital Consulting is combining business strategy & management consulting (“Strategic Value Management”) with leading digital, AI and automation (“Intelligent Enterprise”) to rapidly realize business impact – often using outcome-based skin-in-the-game engagement models to reduce inventories, increase revenues or reduce costs.


We differentiate in four main areas:-


  1. Pure-play consulting: We continue to do this for Client access, thought leadership and having demonstratable senior leader engagements on the business side. We are directly competing with Big4 / Strategy Houses such as McKinsey and BCG through our mix of strong consulting skills with data-driven diagnostic methods.
  2. Transformation Consulting for Outsourcing – for larger outsourcing deals $100M+ we get involved in operating model, transformation, and financial engineering as well as digital strategies and benefits tracking.
  3. Business design Consulting – for Technology implementation – driving the business case, transformation agenda and delivery leadership for business impact related technology implementations.
  4. Rapid digital transformation: A mix of focused consulting sprints coupled with automation / AI deployments to incrementally improve our client’s business performance.

Role & Responsibilities


Wipro is looking for a Business Change Lead - with Conversational AI expertise to support a large scale organisation who will be tasked to be a part of a global digital transformation, working on delivering interact and assist capabilities and transformation to client facing usecases. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to consult clients, advise them for better processes and AI-powered solutions. You must be passionate towards client success and enjoy working with astonishing team members.

  • Knowledge of some core cognitive engineering platforms such as Nuance, Avaamo,, AWS/GCP/Azure, Liveperson, IBM Watson.
  • Digital Transformation Experience with a keen focus on shaping, measuring and delivering benefits related to Conversational AI
  • Requirements Engineering for Intelligent Automation initiatives.
  • Experience in building business cases and tracking benefit realization.
  • Software Delivery Lifecycle SDLC understanding and demonstrable experience
  • Knowledge of wider Intelligent Automation spectrum: RPA, Intelligent Document Processing, Smart workflow, process mining
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering Interact and Assist solutions such as Conversational AI’s.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading business change for Conversational AI initiatives from Engagement, Discovery, Design, Build, Test and deployment management
  • Conversation Design knowhow
  • Experience with Agile development methods & tooling
  • Experience with scaling IA technologies
  • Knowledge of Webservices.
  • Experience working in a matrix type environment
  • Change management knowhow
  • Strong communication and people management

Skills & Experience (Essential):

  • 5+ years of relevant AI or ML implementation using Python/R/Scala.
  • At least 2 years of experience in NLP, NLG, NLU.
  • Demonstrated expertise with at least 2 AI engagements
  • Minimum 2 chatbot projects
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Empirical Statistics or 4 years equivalent professional experience
  • Experience designing and implementing Commercial & Open Source Chatbot Frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
