  • Create and provide solutions to large enterprise clients in industries such as E-commerce, Fintech, Banking, Telco, Insurance, Public Sector & Healthcare, and others by combining the capabilities of the company's AI Talkbot product with the specific needs of the customers in various scenarios.
  • Demonstrate the advantages of these solutions to customers to gain recognition.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with potential customers to gain a better understanding of their business processes and requirements.
  • Specify the scope of the product and service.
  • Provide man-day estimates.
  • Clearly define the scope boundary for the solution integration, custom development, and services.
  • Establish a boundary between the company's products and the customers' systems.
  • Respond to functional queries on RFP/Questionnaire.
  • Identify project risks and issues that the service team needs to be aware of and strive towards achieving the project's objectives.


  • 8+ years' experience in IT/software and 4 years of focus in pre-sales engagement.
  • Required pre-sales or consultant experience, including presentation, demo, pre-sales solution design, conducting customer analysis, conducting competitor research, influencing, and negotiating skills.
  • Preferably has experience in the Voicebot or Chatbot industry.
  • Must have industry experience in at least one of the following industries: E-commerce, Fintech, Banking, Telco, Insurance, Public Sector & Healthcare.
  • Should be a self-motivator with positive energy for developing business.
  • Experienced in adapting personality, attitudes, and professional skills in a global-dynamic working environment and cultures.
