Minimum qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in both internal- and customer-facing roles.
  • Experience managing and building working relationships with cross-functional teams internally and externally.
  • Experience in public cloud solutions across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS markets.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Software Engineering or Product Management.
  • Experience engaging in partnerships with early stage companies, startups, and venture capitals.
  • Experience in alliances, partner management, or business development in the enterprise technology or Google Cloud space.
  • Expertise and understanding of products in one of the following areas: Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Data and Analytics, IT Infrastructure, or Line of business applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to form working relationships across technical and business functions in multiple domains, including databases, analytics, or data science partnerships.

About the job

As the Emerging Partnership Lead in the Generative AI ecosystem, you will develop and drive Google Cloud business relationships with these partners and their customers, establishing deep technical integrations, business relationships, and ensuring delivery against business performance goals with our partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional peers to develop a strategy for the ecosystem and be responsible for building partner relationships, discussing business agreements, and delivering value to businesses by managing them throughout the partner lifecycle: from business planning to integration to Go-To-Market and Business. You'll also work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment with Google Cloud’s ongoing evolution.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $205,000-$301,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Inform Google Cloud to potential companies in the Generative AI ecosystem, driving increased mind-share and adoption in the ecosystem.
  • Devise, build, and manage initiatives to increase engagement with potential companies in the ecosystem.
  • Be the accountable owner responsible for leading all partnership aspects for emerging partners across the Google Cloud portfolio and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Be the landing zone for emerging partners. Help partners leverage Google's technology/products as well as GTM programs.
  • Build business plans collaboratively with partners and cross-functional stakeholders in Google Cloud (Product, Solutions, Sales, etc.) to achieve company objectives. Drive quarterly progress towards strategic goals within a joint business plan.
