Chatbot API Engineer,

Working at our iconic office in King’s Cross, London, and virtually via Microsoft Teams

 

Your new role At NewDay

As a Chatbot API Developer you will be responsible for building new features and optimising each step of our AI assisted conversational experiences across web, mobile and other channels.

You will collaborate proactively with business stakeholders, project managers, and teams to reach a collective understanding of the solution, the impact, and to address the business needs.

Beyond technological ability we are looking for individuals who are not afraid to go outside of their comfort zone, are happy to share knowledge/skills with others and be willing to learn, develop their careers.

You will be an experienced Software Engineer/Developer within Digital Conversations, AI platforms and Chatbots.

 

0-12 months you’ll deliver

 

• Business-critical applications to our customers

• New features for our existing products

What you’ll bring We need knowledge, experience + expertise in:

• Designing Web API / Azure functions in C#

• CI/CD and infrastructure as code.

• Working in autonomous agile environments - SCRUM.

• Strong TDD or BDD experience

And would love you to know or learn:

• Azure – Event Grid & Cosmos DB
