As our Conversational Designer

You are our one-stop shop destination for our customers in terms of planning, creating, operating, and analyzing dialogues within our chatbot commerce service. You have a knack for design and can adjust your output to the needs and branding of your client. You also have a passion for storytelling and narrative and can craft a cohesive experience that marries designs with content. 

What you will do 

  • Help design virtual commerce assistants, draft their stories and creatives, and plan what they can do and say fitting to each brand identity that is being represented. 
  • Ensure that our chatbot is conversationally engaging, impactful to the users, and matches the voice of the brands 
  • Monitor and analyze trends in the US market—acting as an advisor and advisor to our Japanese-based counterparts and board members 
  • Brainstorm ideas on what is best for our user experience within the region
  • Help establish the foundation to our conversational design team by implementing unique strategies specific to the region 

What you will need 

  • At least two years of experience working in advertising, marketing, creative agencies, or equivalent environments 
  • Hands-on experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, etc
  • Ability to deliver high-quality creative assets for ads and product user interfaces
  • Can become an expert on any brand, creating assets that are in line with the client’s creative guidelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in creating intuitive copy and content that will accompany your awesome designs and will help users navigate with ease through digital products. This might include menus, definitions, buttons, labels, chatbots, and error messages. 
  • Confident in driving content strategy, content creation, and best practices that help boost users engagement and conversions
  • Confident in articulating ideas and strategies to stake-holder and board members. Be both partner and point of contact for anything conversational design related
  • Highly entrepreneurial and a self-starter. 
  • Willing to wear multiple hats as necessary to help establish the US team
