Conversational AI Experience Lead
About the Role
We firmly believe that conversation is the new UI. By leveraging cutting edge technologies to bridge the gap between natural human language and AI comprehension Getronics is on route to becoming a market leader in this emerging area. As a result we are expanding our existing team to drive our end to end ITIL omnichannel IT Service Desk Virtual Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Operational teams to research and capture customer and business requirements
- Communicate and agree design principles with stakeholders across operational teams and countries
- Execute the delivery of conversational AI roadmap
- KPI’s setting for the team
- Test Conversational AI implementations
- Collaborate with cross functional teams on customer solutions
- Use an agile approach with strong stakeholder engagement to evolve and improve the Conversational AI service
- Produce MI to demonstrate Conversational AI performance and identify service issues
- Work across functions and with suppliers, customers and potential customers to ensure a high quality of service delivery
- Adapt the master Conversational AI conversation design to meet our clients’ needs
- Conceptualize and design conversation flows before passing to design team to execute
- Research, contribute to long term technology roadmap

Requirements
- Strong interest in and experience with machine learning and what it takes to get AI working in practice
- Technical expertise in AI: Deep Learning, Machine Learning
- Proven ability to translate insights into business recommendations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a customer facing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain ideas clearly and concisely
- Hands-on and practical approach, with a desire to learn
- Able to work under own initiative and part of a team
- Ability to communicate effective at different levels, building strong relationships with colleagues
- Passion for Customer Experience
- Strong Presentation Skills
- Creative mind with a capacity to deliver in a fast-paced environment
