Job Description:

• Chatbot PMO for 3 LATAM markets: manage performance, issue resolution and product configuration
• User acceptance testing and live testing
• AI model learning
• Design decision flows to improve buyer experience
• Monitor and report on bot performance
• Lead product localization for new launches being driven by Headquarters
• Benchmark with other regions and develop projects to enhance performance
• Work with other teams (local and regional) to improve experience friction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Complete
• A/B testing experience
• Advanced English 
•  Spanish is a Plus
• Advanced knowledge in Excel 
• SQL is a Plus
