- Lead the country development of chatbot adoption and effectiveness
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to set long term chatbot architecture
- Advancing natural language understanding and continuously improving user journey on the chatbot channel, including designing the UX and conversation flow
- Responsible to develop and innovate the potential improvement for chatbot
- Actively using data analytics to maintain and improving the chatbot performances
- Bachelor’s degree and above with 4+ years of experience in handling and developing chatbot
- Able to collaborate with stakeholders to execute strategic plans for chatbot improvements
- Possess strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise for team improvements
- Proficient in English to facilitate discussions and collaborations across stakeholders
