The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. Job Description:

  1. Lead the country development of chatbot adoption and effectiveness  
  2. Collaborate with regional stakeholders to set long term chatbot architecture
  3. Advancing natural language understanding and continuously improving user journey on the chatbot channel, including designing the UX and conversation flow
  4. Responsible to develop and innovate the potential improvement for chatbot  
  5. Actively using data analytics to maintain and improving the chatbot performances



  1. Bachelor’s degree and above with 4+ years of experience in handling and developing chatbot  
  2. Able to collaborate with stakeholders to execute strategic plans for chatbot improvements
  3. Possess strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise for team improvements
  4. Proficient in English to facilitate discussions and collaborations across stakeholders
