Conversational Designer
Overview:
Job Description
• 6 to 8+ yrs of experience working with Customer Experience Technology Services
• 2 4 years of relevant design experience in conversational & AI design spaces
• Engage with clients to understand their business use cases & intents for the chatbot solution
• Research and analyze intents & associated customer journeys
• Analyze transcripts of user interactions and document their personas and langua ge in order to create grammars & interaction models.
• Create bot design docs, including bot personas, example dialogs, conversation flow diagrams
• Design effe ctive, innovative, & delightful conversational experiences using user centric de sign methodologies.
• Work directly with developers, integrators, architects, & QA to build and iterate on the designs
• Write effective and natural dialogues
• Create prototypes, wireframes & templates that convey the conversation design
• Design ETE conversational interactions
• Analyze dialogues and user interaction with live bot/assistants
