Senior Applications Consultant - Conversational Architect:

• Labels that are used by Conversational Architects in the Conversation Nodes can be considered as Pages in Dialogflow.

• Conversational Architects need at least 50 complete interactions from start to finish to model the conversation flow effectively.

• Construct intents, entities, and annotations in Dialogflow tool.

• Write API documentation that outlines endpoints that Customers need to implement the CCAI on their end.

• Liaise with the Customer and Data Architect on use case requirements and API technical requirements.

• Primary Knowledge of NLU platform such as DialogFlow ES, DialogFlow CX, Luis, Alexa, Lex or any other

• Experience in creating a conversational chatbot or voicebot

• Knowledge of NLU terms and vocabulary (intents/slots/entites ect)

Client experience

• Designing use cases from client requirements using conversational AI best practices

• Creating use-case flow charts/system diagrams (preferably with lucidchart)

• Able to generate recommendations and improvements to chat/voice bot from aggregated metrics

• Able to debug client issues and isolate the problem

• Able to provide client with voice/chatbot recommendation and improvements

• NLU turning secondary knowledgeable on creating agent fulfillment messages that encourages users to provide descriptive replies

• Knowing when to use entities and intents and how to appropriately tag entities

• Generating entity tagging guide Requirements gathering for conversational agents

• Able to create best practice documentation and other deliverables

• Primary Knowledge of NLU platform such as DialogFlow ES, DialogFlow CX, Luis, Alexa, Lex or any other experience in creating a conversational chatbot or voicebot

• Knowledge of NLU terms and vocabulary (intents/slots/entites ect) o Client experience

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is 180,000 to 200,00.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

Applications Consultants have expertise in a specific technology environment. They are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE). These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.

Required Skills and Experience:

You are an expert in one or more business processes and technology practices and are accountable for translating a business case into a detailed technical design. Alternatively, you are responsible for operational and technical issues and translate technical blueprints into requirements and specifications. You may also be responsible for integration testing and user acceptance testing. You act as a stream lead, guiding team members by experience. You are seen as active member within technology communities.

• Qualification: 7 – 10 (3 years min relevant experience in the role), Bachelor’s Degree.

• Certification: SE level 1 and seeking level 2.

• Must have experience in Package Configuration.

• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
