ServiceNow Developer (HR Module + Chatbot)
We are looking for you, if you:
- Have 2+ years of experience as an ServiceNow professional (CSA/CAD),
- Have experience in ITSM and HR Module
- Have experience JavaScript, Azure DevOps,
- Have experience with working in a complex and challenging IT environment, you have experience in working with Agile/Scrum/DevOps environment,
- Are proactive, take initiative and when you take a risk, it is calculated and communicated,
- Are able to translate requirements from business stakeholders into user stories,
- Are critical to new requests and dare to say ‘no’,
- Speak up, are transparent and not shy to confront somebody,
- Are trying to improve your skills, to continuously learn and get better at what you do to be able to deliver the highest quality.
English level: C1
Your responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for implementing/using best practices as pertains to chatbot flows and more general to workflows, integrations, configuration, business rules and access controls
- Upgrades, MID server, resolving calls/incidents, cases ServiceNow
- Provide evidence
- Cooperating with (international) stakeholders
Information about the squad:
You will join one of the squads, developing and administering ServiceNow platform within ING Group.
Team’s primary task is to develop and maintain ServiceNow instance within HR scope and integrating with other tools according to customer needs and ING regulations & practices (compliance, agile way of working, etc).
The squad is led by IT Product Owner who gives engineers the autonomy to manage and implement technical tasks according to the product backlog items specification.
