The Emerging Technology role enhances the consumer experience by architecting experiences and building capabilities that will positively impact our customers. This individual will work innovative assignments involving complex to moderately complex issues where the analysis of business processes or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors to support long-term business objectives. Able to independently handle situations with minimal oversight and critically assess business needs while maintaining a collaborative focus. Needs to passionate about driving results, overcoming obstacles and planning for contingencies along the way, using metrics and milestone-oriented approaches. Thrives in a fast paced, every evolving and changing collaborative environment!

Responsibilities

·       Responsible for researching, collecting, and disseminating information on a designated AI platform and understanding key learnings, metrics and data analytics of that platform.  This role will be a liaison between product and development. The Emerging Technology Engineer 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action focused on depth of understanding of stakeholder, consumer and market needs.  This role bridges the gap between product and strategy development and will manage and prioritize product backlog, organize sprints and guide, consult and provide direction for the teams executing the work effort. 

·       This role will streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features, consumer needs and components for the associated platform team. 

·       Analyzes and researches process of deployment and assists in this process. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

·       Takes ownership of their platform assuring KPIs are met. Constantly looks for ways to improve experience and maximize value.

·       Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.

·       Previous knowledge and development of digital virtual assistant (IVA) is a plus!

·       Bachelor's or technology certification or equivalent work experience with digital technology

·       General knowledge of the Agile methodology

·       3+ years or a proficient working knowledge of Health Care and Health Care technology

·       Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

·       Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including but not limited to presentation skills to leadership

·       3+ years' experience with Agile or Project Management Life Cycle including large technology projects.

·       Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including MS Project and Visio

·       Detail oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills

·       Critical thinker who can anticipate team needs and take initiative to present ideas, ask the right questions and deliver the highest quality work

·       Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines

·       Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

·       An analogous thinker, recognizing, connecting and leveraging patterns and trends of information and experiences that lead to potential process and future development enhancements.
