Technical Product Manager Conversational AI
Reimagine how we engage patients across all channels through Conversational AI. You will help us to build next generation of products and platforms that utilize conversational AI. You will – create strategy and alignment around CVS’s conversational AI platform and its product roadmap, operate as a leader to foster collaboration between engineering/design/various other product teams, evangelize the latest and greatest technology trends in NLP.
Translate business needs into innovative solutions – Work closely with our business team and other key business partners to create a product vision, understand and help identify business value, understand required use cases and capabilities, and translate these into product requirements. Product managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders.
Create a market-leading customer experience – Drive the definition, development and deployment of best-in-class capabilities that substantially enhance the consumer experience and address CVS’ strategic and financial objectives.
Collaborate with technical teams to drive execution – Partner with product teams, vendors, development, analytics, systems specialists, and other technical resources in this hands-on role driving products from inception to implementation
Build and communicate the vision – This role will have high level exposure and require superior communication and presentation skills to deliver insights to stakeholders and team members, including executives.
Help drive our digital strategy – Conduct product and competitive research to help shape long and short-term strategy while providing quick and clear value add to the business.

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
5+ years of experience in digital product management or development, preferably in a retail, healthcare, digital or regulated business setting.
3+ years of Agile processes, such as scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
2+ years of Leadership and Performance Management experience.
3+ years of negotiation, organizational, management, analytical experience as product leader. Ability to maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization. Ability to effectively work on teams within a highly collaborative environment.
This is a remote / 100% telework position.
Able to travel up to 10% nationwide for onsite meetings.

Experience with defining Speech, NLP, or Conversational AI systems.
BS Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
