As Senior Conversational Developer You Will
Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities:
Build conversations in TOBI which focus on great customer experience in the most efficient way
Manage TOBi with a continuous improvement approach to better understand and answer customer questions
Proactively create new ideas, take actions to boost TOBI customer satisfactions scores, resolution rate and understanding
Test and learn through trials to maintain a deep understanding of important customer needs
Work in an agile team closely with different team members; developers, content owners, data analysts
Follow emerging digital technology advancements
Support VF’s digital care transformation initiatives
Reinforce a culture of ‘Together we can’
We Are Looking For You, If You Have:
Previous Web/frontend Development Skills (& Qualifications) a Notable Advantage
3rd levels degree (or equivalent qualification/experience)
Eager to learn new methodologies and technologies
Good at communication with stakeholders
Strong appreciation of data in decision making
Good at understanding customer needs and creating connections accordance with those needs
Experience in and understanding of process design tools
Experience in agile methodologies, working with developers is a plus
Experience in product development cycle is a plus
Knowledge of Chatbot/Digital Assistant developments is a plus
Experience in digital / data driven systems environment
Appreciation of customer experience design
Excellent people skills
Excellent presentation and numerical skills
