Job Description

Overview: We are looking for a Software QA to develop and execute testing for customer engagement technology. The QA will be responsible for test design, manual and automated testing, defect management, and test metrics. The QA participates in all stages of software development with a keen insight as to how the software should function to ensure a great customer experience. New technology and testing challenges keep it fun and interesting.


  • Review and provide feedback on requirements, technical design, and specifications
  • Test planning and test script writing from user stories, business requirements, UX design specs
  • Manual testing
  • Automated testing
  • Identify and document all defects and customer experience concerns
  • Determine regression test scope after defect resolution
  • Manage the test artifacts and approval process
  • Delight at learning new technologies quickly
  • Become a customer journey SME

Experience with one or more of the below:

  • Rally, IBM RTC for project and test management
  • IVR, call routing
  • Natural language speech recognition, conversational AI
  • Text to Speech
  • Speech to Text
  • Hammer, Cyara for automated testing
  • Postman for API testing
  • Agile
  • GroundTruth (geolocation and proximity targeting)
  • Watson Assistant
