In this role you will work as a Professional Services consultant across multiple partner accounts to deliver amazing chatbot experiences using best-in-class chat software like Drift, LivePerson, and Intercom.

  • An exceptional copywriter; you excel at crafting professional, compelling, highly engaging, concise, and clearly written content for everything from chatbot messages to emails
  • Tech savvy; you’re not only eager to learn new technology, but can quickly stitch together product features and processes even if you haven’t worked with the software application before
  • A natural project coordinator with a ‘can-do’ attitude and outstanding organizational skills to support multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Positive with the ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Most importantly you are an exceptional communicator who can present to any audience, effectively uncover and understand customer needs, propose solutions clearly, build rapport, and establish a trusted advisor relationship with clients


  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop highly engaging chatbot personas, messaging, and experiences.
  • Lead bi-weekly or monthly meetings with customers to uncover goals, provide insight, confirm strategy, determine priorities, present bot flow designs, and review results.
  • Use a conversational marketing framework to create chatbot ‘playbooks’ aligned to buyer intent, page-based strategies, and personalized experiences for target accounts, industries, and return visitors.
  • Configure bot flow designs and all other settings including visitor targeting, contact attributes, and lead tagging.
  • Conduct testing to ensure bot flows are optimized for the best possible user experience and messaging is free of any spelling or grammatical errors.
  • Use reporting tools and conversation analysis to identify trends and make recommendations to optimize bot flows and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall bot development, document best practices, research, test, and implement new strategies.


We understand this is an emerging role in the industry, which is why we’ll consider candidates who may not have direct conversational marketing experience but have the baseline skills we can use to further train and support the candidate internally.


  • Account Management experience in client-facing roles; comfortable working across multiple accounts and adjusting priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Superior communication skills with experience writing in digital channels, delivering presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating results
  • Technical aptitude for Conversational Marketing and Chat platforms (Drift, LivePerson, Intercom) and knowledge of Marketing Automation tools (Marketo); any hands-on experience is definitely an asset
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), meeting software (Zoom, Google Meet), and other communication and collaboration tools (Slack, Asana)
