Job Description

An exciting opportunity to be responsible for the development and deployment of coordinated content led omni-channel strategies and tactics that deliver high customer engagement and customer experience, market advantage and help in the delivery of the UK pharma organisation’s business objectives for the benefit of patients

Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with brand teams to deliver content led omni-channel strategies and tactics across owned, paid and earned channels with innovative content sourcing strategies

• Be the Voice of Customer program leader that will advise on personalised engagement plans based on HCP responses to accelerate behavioral shifts via net promoter score (NPS) and overall Satisfaction (OSAT)

• Work on core channel innovations: Chatbot and self led edetail design / delivery and field associate content creation (CLM and email)

• Collaborate effectively with departments and partners across UK business, regional, global, IT and supporting services and manage coordination of omni-channel projects with other functions e.g. medical, compliance, IT, legal, procurement, NPS, Communications

• Contribute to the brand strategic planning and operation plans to ensure efficient utilisation of channels and content

• Lead digital and creative agencies working ensuring that they deliver on time, on budget, to agreed quality and in a compliant manner

• Support omni-channel capability building in UK organisation

• Be an active member and make a strong business contribution to the wider Commercial Excellence team

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in business, marketing or I.T. or Bachelors or Master’s Degree in a science subject with a strong interest in multi-channel marketing

• C.I.M or I.D.M qualification

• 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, business, IT or omni-channel in a pharma or healthcare organisation or agency

• A solid understanding of how the Code of Practice and other relevant regulation applies to the use of digital channels in Pharma

Desirable requirements:

• Experience delivering innovative and sustained content strategies to meet business objectives

• Can demonstrate successful project management of digital projects both for delivery of channels and with brand teams

• Having an ability to apply “marketing in a omni-channel world” thinking to a pharma company
