We are seeking high calibers to join our team as Assistant Digital Product Manager - Chatbot

 

Principle Responsibilities

  • Maintain and track the system used in chatbot with high availability and accurate performance
  • Support and execute test cases manually and using automated testing tools
  • Collaborate with the training team to monitor chatbot performance so as to uplift customer satisfaction
  • Identify the chatbot potential and be responsible for chatbot scope expansion for various banking services
  • Provide on-going applications support for chatbot development and enhancement
  • Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including business owners, technical teams, legal, compliance and external vendors to deliver quality chatbot solution
  • Interpret digital journey and engagement effectiveness, and identify learning, insights and actions

 

Qualifications

 

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information System or a related discipline
  • Minimum of two years' experience in digital project management and implementation (candidate with less experience will also be considered)
  • Good understanding with current market chatbot operation and training tool would be an advantage
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set 
  • Data sensitive and meticulous with good presentation skills in English and Chinese 
  • Keen interest in latest fintech technologies and trends
  • Be open-minded and team player with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills
