Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented and dynamic Presales Engineer to support our growth! You will be responsible for all technical aspects of the Sales cycle, providing essential technical and presentation expertise to help the Sales teams win business from new and existing customers. You will be working, developing and demonstrating innovative Conversational AI solutions, built on our AI platform Teneo for our customers and prospects.

Our Presales Engineers are customer-obsessed and we believe in the value we can add and stay honest about it. We love to learn, are open to giving and receiving feedback, and are passionate about making our clients successful.


Wondering what you will be doing? Here it goes!

  • Present Artificial Solutions CAI platform and vision to executives and technical contributors
  • Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Artificial Solutions throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept (POC) and to design and implementation
  • Immerse yourself in the ever-evolving industry, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position Artificial Solutions with them.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve Artificial Solutions products and marketing.


We are a great match if you are/have:

  • 7-8 years of industry experience with a minimum of 3 within a pre-sales environment
  • Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos.
  • Experience in Conversational AI, SaaS, and cloud technologies.
  • Ability to connect a customer’s specific business problems and Artificial Solutions CAI platform.
  • University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience 


Let’s not forget about language skills:

  • English - native/business fluent level;
  • Bonus point for any other language.
