Conversational Designer

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about experiences to join our Conversational User experience Design team!

You will own the whole user experience and UX writing for our conversational chatbots. We are looking for someone who speaks fluent English.

If you have:

  • 4-5+ years of UX Designer experience, or even better a conversational designer, creating scalable end-to-end digital experiences.
  • User-centric
  • Know how to write engaging and creative copies, in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with lean agile product development.
  • You are a self-starter who takes ownership of your projects.
  • In other words, you are seen as a motivated, professional person who loves teamwork and is always on the lookout for innovative ideas and solutions and who, above all, is not afraid of change!
  • Create excellent strategies.
  • Good team collaboration and ownership skills
  • Conversational level English (read, write and speak) is a must!

If you have the next skills and experience, it will be a super plus:

  • 4+ years working with micro copy, copywriting or as a UX Writer.
  • Familiarity with chatbots, voice-enabled devices, or other conversational channels.
  • Proficiency with tools such as a Whimsical, Figma, Miro and Diagram tools.
  • If you work as a UX Writer, Conversational Designer, Digital and inbound marketing, Copywriting, Content Strategy or similar roles, it would be nice to meet you!
  • If you have an online portfolio demonstrating experience, it will be great to share it.

  • Design and implement delightful conversations that are clear, helpful, and engaging.
  • User-centric copies, create the voice and tone for each customer.
  • Facilitates workshops, brainstorming sessions, experience critiques, leading the conversational experience definitions.
  • Actively collaborate with team members and stakeholders from Business, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure products meet our usability standards before they go out to users.
  • Define the conversational experience for Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp.
  • Work with dev team and product team, so we can improve our conversational experiences.
  • Data-informed - An Analytical mind will help understand user's behaviors. It will help to read better data and metrics, create experiments, A/B tests, trends. So you can improve User Experience based on user research and metrics analysis.
  • Bring a holistic approach to projects and initiatives, thinking of experiences as services.
