Technical Presales Consultant USA - remote (m/f/d)

Job location: remote, USA

The ideal candidate for the Technical Pre-Sales role is comfortable working with a broad range of technologies and can project confidence in Cognigy's ability to address customer requirements.


Key requirements are confidence in speaking about technology, ease of interacting in both scripted and extemporaneous contexts and an ability to pick up new technologies quickly.


You don’t need to understand all technologies (i.e. Conversational AI, Node.js, React, Javascript) and applications in-depth, but you should be excited about encountering a new API and figuring out how to weave it into a customized demo for enterprise customers.

You should understand what makes Cognigy valuable to its customers and incorporate that messaging into custom product demonstrations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the enterprise software space working with contact center or automation technologies, either at software companies or building custom solutions.

You will spend a large part of your time building great Cognigy.AI demos. You are not afraid of dealing with Node.JS or REACT-based front ends to give your chatbot demos the necessary shine.

You will work closely with our sales team on discovery calls, technical deep-dives and product demonstrations.

In sum, the ideal candidate is a people person who loves technology, enjoys learning new things and gets energy from sharing their knowledge with prospective customers.

  • You are proactive, creative, come with new ideas, carry them out independently with enthusiasm and love to inspire customers
