JOB DESCRIPTION

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Map the user experience at different points in the customers' journey;
  • Have knowledge in chatbot/bots, conversational flows;
  • Identify pain points and opportunities in order to design a fluid, intuitive and well-resolved experience;
  • Identify research opportunities and be proactive in formulating hypotheses, A/B testing, usability testing and other discovery methodologies;
  • Develop flows and interfaces, adapting and improving the e-commerce context, through prototyping in high, medium and low fidelity, among other tools;
  • Monitor deliveries throughout the entire process, ensuring quality in design artifacts - from research, through development, to monitoring of solutions in production;
  • Be close to the PO and business areas, CRO and CX to help identify problems, signal the user's pain and needs, actively collaborating in the construction and evolution of products;
  • Be close to other product designers to identify and discuss opportunities for synergy and alignment between different channels and products;
  • Learn and contribute to the dissemination of the Design culture in the company.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Have knowledge in chatbot/bots, conversational flows;
  • Domain of design methodologies;
  • Experiences in the context of e-commerce;
  • Ability to translate ideas for stakeholders through figma, storyboards, navigable prototypes, among others;
  • Aptitude with prototyping and analysis tools (Figma, Hotjar, Google Analytics). if you don't know how to work with Figma, migrating from Adobe XD or Sketch is pretty easy - we'll help you;
  • Ability to work with agile methodologies, knowing how to adapt to changes throughout the process;
  • Know how to act from an already defined styleguide;
  • Analytical and proactive profile: makes use of facts and data to guide decisions, manages to act without waiting for assignments from above and knows how to manage itself.


Desirable:

  • It is easy to conduct and facilitate Design Thinking dynamics;
