Company Description Job Description As a Senior Data Scientist on our Customer Care team, you’ll focus on improving our customer care user experience using AI-based technology. You'll develop state-of-the-art LLM-based chatbot solutions and knowledge management systems. In your day-to-day, you will: Develop and enhance LLM-based chatbot solutions and knowledge management systemsApply and fine-tune generative AI models to improve user experience and customer care efficiencyDevelop models for specific use cases like intent classification, ambiguity detection, retrieval re-ranking, etcCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions within existing frameworksMentor team members in AI techniques and best practices Qualifications 5+ years experience in Data Science with relevant exposure to generative AI projectsSolid understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning, including extensive experience in NLPProficiency with Large Language Models, including Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, Automatic Evaluation, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)Demonstrated ability to implement scalable and maintainable end-to-end solutionsProficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)Strong team player with great communication skillsMaster's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields — an advantage Additional Information We are Wix’s Customer Care Guild.
