THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Chatbot CX Analyst to our CX Team in São Paulo!


YOUR IMPACT

  • Responsible for maintaining the Chatbot, surveying the contents and processes;
  • Helping the creation and curation of chatbot content;
  • Conduct tests to map frictions in the conversational flow and propose solutions to improve the user experience and increase channel efficiency;
  • Manage the chatbot efficiency and quality KPIs and present them to the organization;
  • Supporting establish the connection between the business, technology, support and operations areas, in order to listen and understand the needs, seeking to strengthen the relationship with empathy and make the bot humanized and resolute.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Advanced / Fluent English;
  • Experience with virtual assistants and automation of service channels and managing content related to the knowledge base is a plus.
