Gen AI Prompt Engineer
We are looking for a talented AI Prompt Engineer to join our team. As an AI Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing AI models and algorithms to generate high-quality prompts for natural language processing (NLP) applications. You will collaborate with a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers to create cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AI and NLP, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems. This role will work closely with delivery teams (e.g. Cloud Platform Engineers, Data Engineers, Product Owners) on day to day basis to understand requirements and supporting delivery & PoCs.
What you will do:
•Develop and optimize high-quality prompts for NLP applications.
•Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers to understand requirements and design effective prompt generation solutions.
•Conduct research and analyze state-of-the-art AI techniques to improve prompt generation models and algorithms.
•Implement and deploy AI models and algorithms in production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt generation capabilities into existing NLP applications.
•Conduct experiments, analyze data, and provide insights to improve the performance and effectiveness of prompt generation models.
Who you are:
•The ability to develop new ideas, products, or services that are unique and valuable.
•The skill to analyze complex issues and find practical solutions.
•Extensive practical experience of implementing large scale BI & Analytics systems utilising cloud and high-volume/low cost storage capabilities.
•Extensive in-depth knowledge of a broad spectrum of BI, Analytics and Data Movement technologies on cloud and on prem
•Extensive experience of designing, building, and deploying re-usable and configurable solutions
•Able to communicate and influence effectively across a rangeof technology stakeholders at the highest level e.g. C level at Group and Markets level
•Mentor and coach to develop their team and wider community.
•Experience in working Safe Agile delivery framework.
