I've worked in conversational AI for 4 years, and have experience of tiny and huge companies - from startups to Meta! My tech career started in my forties, after a career in TV production and advertising, so I'm particularly interested in mentoring career changers. I can help people who want to leverage their existing skills to move into the fascinating and brilliant field of conversation design and development.

I'm also happy to mentor anyone who wants to learn. Some of the topics we might want to explore are: career development, learning journeys, killer CVs, the different hats in conversation design and development (e.g. UX, product management), making bots better, LLMs and AI and more...
