The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Analyst - Chatbot Developer, to join our growing AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated chatbots using cutting-edge technologies and tools on both Live Chat and SMS-Chat platforms. As a Chatbot Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a significant impact on the company's AI capabilities.

The Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated chatbots that can handle complex customer interactions and automate business processes on both Live Chat and SMS-Chat Platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that chatbots are meeting their needs.
• Develop and implement testing and quality assurance protocols to ensure that chatbots are functioning correctly and meeting performance requirements.
• Stay up-to date with the latest advancements in chatbot technologies and recommend new tools and techniques to the team.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to end-users as needed.

What We Look For in a Candidate

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in chatbot development using tools such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM Watson, and others.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and others.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, and experience with NLP and NLU technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
