Live Person Engineer
Overview:
At least 5 8 years of professional experience in quality assurance
• Strong understanding of best testing practices and SDLC
• Experience or willingness to learn new technologies • Experience working in Agile team • Strong with intellectual curiosity
• QA Knowledge and Understanding
• Should have a good understanding of chatbot solution development and understanding of chatbot tools & overall virtual assistant landscape
• Design the chat conversation user journey based on the customer intent & needs
• Fluent English with proven experience in writing cu stomer facing text with strong proofreading skills
• Proven experience with test ing Conversational AI products
• Hands on experience with Chatbot or VoiceBot or Virtual Assistant or Business Intelligence technology stack
• Ability to use an alytics tools to understand how customers engage with the bot & how to improve the user experience
• Proficiency with one or more conversational AI platforms like Google Dialogflow Intercom
