Product Details
Converse is the next-generation text-messaging platform solution for LeadSquared. It is being built with cutting edge technology to handle millions of 1:1 conversations, for users and leads. The product portfolio includes:
- The CPaaS integration platform which will enable our customers to leverage multiple messaging platforms around the world to engage with their customers
- A self-service customizable chatbot builder that will help them improve the ability to handle their customer queries while reducing expenses
- Sales and Support Agent consoles that enable users to engage with leads and customers in real-time
- The Payload Routing Platform that acts as a backbone for the Messaging Cloud and Service Cloud product lines
The Role
- Should foster a data-driven culture, and effectively communicate verbally, and in writing, with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated proficiency in launching complex products and services that delight customers and drive business success.
- Strong product leadership skills in fostering cross-team collaboration with business, technical, and design members.
- Must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity.
- Can act decisively which means you are not only able to develop high-level strategic initiatives but can also roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
- Demonstrated success in defining and delivering on a product vision by collaborating with software engineering teams.
- Build and maintain connections with customers with an eye on acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills
Key Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in product management
- Has led and mentored Product Managers and Designers in a structured, data-driven manner
- Experience in formulation GTM strategies, driving product adoption and retention
Good to have experience
· Experience with SaaS platform development would be major advantage
