Conversational Designer - ChatBOT

The ChatBOT Conversational Designer acts as a subject matter expert and point of contact for Drift Virtual Assistant chatbot and related capabilities to support the current platform team and to ensure with the BOT/AI continuous growth of digital engagements, conversions, and digital revenue is generated for HPE.
You will drive the ChatBOT implementation on HPE.com by using Natural language processing (NLP) services and Out-of-Box platform capabilities, followed by continued ChatBOT experience testing to ensure the BOT is answering with the right level of detail, tone and overall quality as well to identify what opportunity exit to further improve these conversational experiences.
In a typical day as a Conversational Designer you will…
•Design innovative, user-focused conversational interfaces for HPE.com ChatBOT by analyzing transcripts of user interactions and other data resources to document their mental models and language
•Design end-to-end conversational interactions, including what can go wrong, and how
•Create and iterate on thorough, accurate flow diagrams and other related documentation to communicate the behavior of a complete conversational system
•Write dialog and other related copy for conversational experiences that aligns with Marketing Best Practices and HPE brand
•Drive solutions from design to production, from conception to prototype to production-level experience to implement a ChatBOT on HPE.com
•When needed, design and lead different types of testing (A/B, focus groups, usability testing, QA), synthesize results, and iterate based on results to ensure customer-centric and highly usable products
•Support current team to ensure continuous digital end to end customer engagements and business growth with the platform can take place
•Act as an informed team member providing analysis of specific information and exercise independent judgment to determine appropriate actions by following established Brand, Legal guidelines and IT policies.
•Work cross functionally within Marketing to support on Web personalization, UX, Data & Analytics and Demand Gen capabilities projects
Skills and Experience…
•5 years+ of experience within digital marketing or equivalent digital experience
•Strong self-organized, self-directed and detail oriented with excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
•Strong technical knowledge and understanding of web, interactive media, tools and technologies (database, web programming, hosting & principles)
•Experience in QA testing and test case automation/testing frameworks
•Passionate about conversational technologies of an emerging technology Voice or ChatBOT to develop knowledge building a conversational system (HPE ChatBOT) using Machine Learning, AI and Natural language processing concepts in a multi-lingual setting.
•Knowledge and practice of Scrum principles and agile marketing
•Experience with Technical writing and Communication design
•Proficiency in one or more non-English language
