Job Description
- 6 to 8+ yrs of experience working with Customer Experience Technology Services
- 2 4 years of relevant design experience in conversational & AI design spaces
- Engage with clients to understand their business use cases & intents for the chatbot solution
- Research and analyze intents & associated customer journeys
- Analyze transcripts of user interactions and document their personas and langua ge in order to create grammars & interaction models.
- Create bot design docs, including bot personas, example dialogs, conversation flow diagrams
- Design effe ctive, innovative, & delightful conversational experiences using user centric de sign methodologies.
- Work directly with developers, integrators, architects, & QA to build and iterate on the designs
- Write effective and natural dialogues
- Create prototypes, wireframes & templates that convey the conversation design
- Design ETE conversational interactions
- Analyze dialogues and user interaction with live bot/assistants

Job Description
- 5 to 6+ yrs of experience working with Customer Experience Technology Services
- 4+ yrs of technical Experience with IVR, Advanced Speech Systems and AI cloud services
- Design, develop & implement chat applications utilizing Al services using LivePerson
- Experience designing and developing Chatbots for various channels web, Facebook Messenger, SMS using bot platforms or raw code is desired using LivePerson
- Develop conversational flows and design specifications for chat using LivePerson
- Experience in managing large multi site enterprise implementa tions.
- Participate in creating guidelines, best practices, & standards of Chab ot featured deliverables
- Strong business analysis, requirements, design, & doc umentation skills
- Experience with designing and implementing web/mobile/tablet apps
- Extremely strong JavaScript skills
- Exp working with REST APIs and JSON

- Fluent English with proven experience in writing cu stomer facing text with strong proofreading skills
- Proven experience with test ing Conversational AI products
- Hands on experience with Chatbot or VoiceBot or Virtual Assistant or Business Intelligence technology stack
- Ability to use an alytics tools to understand how customers engage with the bot & how to improve the user experience
