Job Purpose

The Product Owner is responsible for Vision and Conversational BoT (including Voice). As a PO, will act as hands-on technologist working with teams on conversation BoT and Vision AI experiences and projects with considerable scope, ambiguity and complexity.

Work closely with developers and business stakeholders to analyze, design and deploy solutions. Also, effectively integrate these capabilities in to hyper automation agenda

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Modelling and developing Vision and Conversation BoT. 
• Training intent/entities, context handling, writing fulfillment, Vision AI/ML to perform actions.
• Architect and develop virtual agents facing intelligent virtual agents that are channel-customized across chat, messaging etc. to ensure that the virtual assistant delivers intelligent and intuitive conversations.
• Should be able to use Vision and Conservation BoT in tandem with Automation to automate processes end to end.
• Participate in creating guidelines, best practices for given areas.
• Investigating and documenting practice for future development
• Organize a solid and focused innovation in executing and in accessing to external knowledge.
• Communicate and align with stakeholders across the organization, identify opportunities, impacts and outcomes.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Hands-on Technologist and have thorough knowledge of Conversation and Vision BoT.
• Thorough knowledge of AI/ML.
• Experience with rest service and micro services.
• Automated build and CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience and understanding of hyper automation.
• A willingness and ability to use existing knowledge to rapidly learn how to develop automated processing
• Must be able multi-task and willing to work across multiple projects
• Strong communication skills, comfortable in interacting with business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• Graduation
• Post Graduate (in business domain preferred)
• Minimum 2-year experience in Vision and Conservation BoT
