Job Description:

Apex Systems is seeking a Conversation Architect for a 100% Remote position with one of our clients in Florida. The Conversational Architect needs to have expertise in designing docs with flows, put concepts together, defining interface to mobile or web app and familiary with tools such as Dialog Flow, SpeakToIt, or ChatBot. Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:

Will be tied in with the different project teams – solutions partner, data architect, and cloud engineer

Building technical design doc with flows, put concepts together, defining interface to mobile or web app 

Integrate Youjet (virtual call center), access different APIs and tying in to that so Python experience would be nice to have

What are the top 3 MUST HAVEs?

1. Dialog Flow (google application) – understands conversational architecture

2. Understanding how to connect APIs - experience with integrations on other platforms  

NICE TO HAVES (OR WHAT GETS THE WIN)?

1. Any additional programming experience

Python nice but anything ok if they understand the flow

2. Any additional experience with the google cloud platform

3. Understanding of Natural language processing - interfacing with mobile app or web app, etc

4. Call center (IVR) application experience - working on IVRs and switches
