As a team member of the AiChat Customer Success organization, the Project Manager (PM) is has strong strong business acumen, good technical knowledge and critical to driving client implementations at AiChat. As a member of a Customer Success team, the PM is responsible for consulting on platform configuration best practices, driving requirements, designing solutions and educating our clients on the implemented AiChat suite of products.

This role will be based in Jakarta and supporting projects in Singapore and across the region. 


· Gathering project needs from clients, translating them into stakeholders-ready requirements

· Leading internal and external project team kickoff

· Determine project requirements, constraints, dependencies, success criteria, budget, timeline

· Assess project feasibility against requirements, time, budget, workload

· Define and ensure project objectives are met, within agreed parameters of cost, duration and quality

· Assist in preparation of documents such as Pitch decks, Request for Proposals (RFP), Statement of Work (SOW), Functional Specification, Contact Reports, Project Timelines and Training Documentations

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organisation & project objectives

· Identify potential project risks and recommend risk prevention/mitigating measures

· Support sales team in pre-sales preparation work including POC and technical demo setup

· Provide on-going service consultation support for existing key accounts and ensure customer success

· Track and report project performance based on predefined metrics

· Play a significant role in testing and checking of deliverables against project requirements, ensuring bug-free and good quality work is delivered.


· At least 4 - 5 years of experience in digital project management preferred

· Understand the full project lifecycle of a digital nature

· Experience in Agile/ Scrum project management methodology

· Have a good understanding of the digital landscape, social media and web technologies

· Understand the project life cycle of a digital nature

· Strong written, verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (both English and Bahasa Indonesian)

· Competent with Microsoft Project for timeline planning and tracking

· Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills

· Pay attention to every little detail, and not accept mediocre work

· Embrace a culture of ownership, openness and integrity

· Experience in chatbot projects will be a plus
