We’re public sector specialists, and our focus is building Human Parity Performance AI products to help solve real-world problems in this often overlooked sector. Our primary focus is on building the next generation of virtual assistants powered with our brand of conversational AI. These pre-trained assistants can be deployed on websites, intranets, live chat, phone, email, and social networks.

 

What our products do is offer an over 90% first-time resolution rate for high-volume requests, thus freeing up the client resources to focus on areas that really need that human touch. The real world impact of this? One of our local council clients, within 12 weeks of integrating our solutions, has recovered enough manpower to start tackling the homelessness crisis in their constituent area.

Due to an increased demand on our services and overall business growth, we’re expanding our Engineering function and we’re looking for a AI Trainer like you to join us.

 

 

Role objectives 

This is the ideal role for a highly motivated self-starter to join a Microsoft AI Gold Partner, creating AI solutions with Microsoft Azure technologies. 

 

As an AI Trainer you will be responsible for the development of natural language AI solutions with future opportunities in image and speech training. Clients are mainly in the Public Sector (Health, Education and Government). You will be expected to engage with customers’ businesses, understand them, use your experience with software development tools and possess the technical abilities to train in natural language modelling for digital assistant chatbot based solutions.

 

Solutions are based on the latest Microsoft technologies, including, Microsoft Azure (Bot Framework, Cognitive Services, Machine Learning and SQL & Cosmos DB), Office 365, Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Teams. 

   

Your main duties

 

  • Gain a solid understanding of customer domains (Health, Education, Government etc.)
  • Analyse, map and model customer topic areas into data structures
  • Create, modify and tune digital assistant natural language models
  • Perform model testing and measurement
  • Troubleshoot customer model performance problems
  • Improve the efficiency of the modelling process by using automation and scripts where possible

 

 

To be considered for this position, you should have the following skills and experience: 

 

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Some level of experience or demonstrable skills in an IT discipline – coding/QA/infrastructure/support
  • Some scripting/programming experience would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of Azure and/or MS SQL Server would be advantageous
