Your Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing and develop Cognitive Automation solutions – Voice and Chatbots – which may include integration with AI engines (voice, biometrics, etc), other automation solutions (RPA), and clients’ internalsystems.

• Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, comfortable working and getting to know new technology , ability to demonstrate good knowledge of their competency area and/or industry.

• Establishes relationships within Client organizations and deliver timely, high-quality service to the Client.

• Operates as a team member, drawing upon the experience of other professionals within the engagement team and from other functions.

• Challenges the validity of given procedures and processes to enhance and improve or develop complementary adjustments/solutions.

• Good knowledge of automation tools and automation assessment frameworks is a plus.

• Interest in data analysis to support business cases required to the client.

• Innovative, team player and great communication skills.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Voice and chatbot development experience.

• Knowledge of java programming language.

• Knowledge of data science is a plus.

• Up to 2/3 years of experience.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise


Languages required: Portuguese, English.
