  • Circles.Life is looking for a Chatbot Project Assistant who is meticulous, energetic and has a passion for customer service and satisfaction. He/she will be based in our Taipei office and will be supporting our Singapore & Taiwan Customer Happiness. 
  • As a key member of our team, your responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Chatbot Framework Design and Improvement
  • Chatbot Response Content Writing and Improvement
  • Other Ad-hoc task (Support Customer Service Department)

  • Be able to own and execute small and complex projects
  • 10X - Be part of a fast-growing organisation with ambitious plans to expand into multiple more markets and verticals, and help be the one to make it happen



  • English proficiency (LRWS) (Need to communicate independently with foreign colleague)
  • Basic planning, implementation and collaboration.
  • Enjoy working in startup (Be proactive, flexible and eager to learn new things)
  • Customer-centric have passion to enhance customer experience
  • Relevant experience is not required, experience in customer service or service industry is a plus.

  • Work Place Xinyi District, Taipei (Clost to MRT Taipei 101 station
  • Work Time Monday to Friday 9:30-18:30 (1 hr lunch break), Can WFH 2 days per week after 1 month on boarding
