As Conversational Design Expert you will:
- Evaluate client requirements
- Create process flows from client briefing
- Analyse and structure linguistic data
- Manage and translate content
- Create AI-knowledge bases for our bots without coding
- Provide error and solution analyses ensuring that high accuracy is met
- Communicate progress and challenges to key stakeholders within the company and with external partners
- Work collaboratively with other data teams to identify and refine key data science problems and challenges
- Other random stuff that gets thrown at you in real start-up-manner.
We need a Conversational Design Expert with
- Native language skills in French and proficiency in German (Swiss-German). English is a must.
- Strong analytical abilities with excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail in terms of grammar, linguistics and ensuring good data quality
- Personable with internal and external stakeholders alike Curiosity and ability to learn about and work with new topics.
