As a Customer Success Manager for Conversational AI at Parloa you will have a crucial role in inspiring our customers how to use our leading enterprise solution for automating customer communication. You will become a real Parloa hero by building fully functional phonebots from scratch, – either to inspire potential customers with demos or to help our existing customers to create the best possible bot experiences for their clients. Take responsibility from your first day and become an indispensable part of our sales and customer success team at the same time.
In this role you will:
- Be actively involved in creative writing of texts (primarily in German) as well as in technical implementation of the dialogs by using our low code front-end.
- Actively advise our customers on the use of our software.
- Design & build phonebots for demo use-cases for our sales team
- Test & revise existing experiences and present ideas and solutions to the potential and existing clients.
- Contribute to further development of our product by reporting bugs and formulating feature requests.
- University degree in any technical or communicational studies or 2+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Genuine affinity for user experience design (focus on voice is a plus),customer communication of brands and companies, digital voice assistants and for other tech innovations.
- Ability to think logically and solve complex dialogues,making them resilient to fallbacks.
- A creative vocabulary for a memorable bot dialogue from your customer’s clients.
- Critical mindset and curiosity to learn new things and develop new skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
