 - Who are we looking for? -

We are looking for a talented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing team in Barcelona and reporting to the CMO. 

In this position you will be owning the full demand generation process, including CRM management and improvements, outbound lead generation for the Sales team, marketing automation tools and solutions, analysis and optimizations of the lead funnel.

 

- Wondering what you will be doing? Here it goes! –

  • System alignment and optimization (currently Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, BrightTalk, Ahrefs, Marketo & Saleforce)
  • Manage our internal CRM (Marketo), keeping it updated and optimize its usage (owning & managing Marketo & Marketo Usage)
  • Create, Align and Optimize processes, from data reporting to strategy implementation
  • Document and refine lead management processes
  • Pro-actively suggest solutions to solve operational challenges
  • Create, Drive & Optimize automations and workflows to move contacts through the sales funnel
  • Analyze and report on complex data sets, and identify market trends to provide insights & recommendations to senior management team
  • Drive process improvement, by identifying ways to simplify, automate and measure process performance
  • Monitor adoption of existing processes and tools, share adoption and performance data
  • Support the Sales & Marketing team on research for different markets, based on segmentation strategies and prioritizations
  • Working on projects to support lead generation research
  • Assist, support and collaborate in any other ad-hoc marketing project

You are a team player, result-oriented, analytical and have a strong business acumen with a can-do attitude and having the ability to drive things forward independently. Plus, you have:

  •  5+ years of experience in a data-driven role within a sales or marketing function, ideally within the B2B SaaS ecosystem.
  • Analytical and the ability to turn data into insights with an attention to details.
  • Experience in owning & managing CRM platforms, ideally Marketo, Ahrefs. Google Analytics and Salesforce
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively work cross-functionally.
  • A proactive approach, with a strategic mindset

 

And we really want to meet you if you also have experience with -

  • Excel/Google Sheets/Data Processing Tools
  • Prospecting tools like Lusha, Zoominfo, Cognism or other

 

 - Let’s not forget about language skills -    

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken,
  • Any additional languages are a plus.
