Chabot Experience (preferably Customer Service dialog/IVR Chatbot)

Understanding of Python for Analytics

Flow diagraming a MUST

Experience with Google Dialogflow or IBM Watson 

Must be a great communicator

You will be leveraging data mining, deep learning, content understanding, and more. You will integrate and deploy machine learning models that deliver more personalized and automated customer experiences.


Primary Activities and Responsibilities

•   Assist in identifying the scope and needs of LOB and actively gathers detailed business requirements and business rules.

•   Detailed analysis of consumer data and categorization results

•   Refine requirements for Data pre and post processing

•   Assist in building the conversational dialog flow for the virtual assistants

•   Provide support for data science and analytics across enterprise user base

•   Monitor Operational KPIs and suggest necessary actions to address identified issues

•   Support and contribute to documentation and standardization efforts


Minimum Qualifications

•   Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Applied math, Data Science, or a related field

•   3+ years of experience running NLP projects, ideally in a corporate or startup context

•   Previous experience delivering enterprise grade NLP projects to production targeted at achieving business metrics


Knowledge and Skills

•   Familiarity with chatbots and voice assistants

•   Understanding of Natural Language processing

•   Experience extracting insights from large data sets using advanced Python

•   Strong collaboration skills - you partner well with others to solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources

•   Great written and oral communication skills

•   Knowledgeable with user centric design

•   Strong language skills, very good with language semantics, vocabulary and grammar

•   Passion for data and understanding human behavior

•   Understanding of the entire software development end-to-end process as well as the product code and release management process


Nice to have skills

•   Experience with linguistic analysis, or Conversational dialog development

•   Experience with leveraging APIs to retrieve context, data, or automation

•   Experience working with IBM & Google AI / NLP solutions

•   Algorithm development and evaluation of existing and emerging NLP/ML methods and technologies that could be effectively applied to contractual/legal data
