AI Trainer Lead (Chatbot)
The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Manage team to increase the effectiveness of Shopee chatbot tool
- Ensure productivity and manage quality assurance of training
- Develop and manage end to end models and tools that serve business needs; work with Shopee's headquarter, business, and developer team to provide requirement, testing, and ensure smooth implementation
- Actively benchmark competitors and propose new available technology /models for better user experience and/or efficiency
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or any related field from a recognized university
- Minimum 5 years of working experience with at least 1 year of relevant experience in training AI
- Prior working experience in the customer service field is a must
- Proficiency in both English and Thai
- Strong coordination skills
