Conversational Marketing Manager

The Conversational Marketing team is looking for someone to own and optimize our chat programs, including onsite and messaging. You'll use automation and humans together to help visitors engage with HubSpot how they want — including chatting with Sales about the right tools for their company. You'll partner with teams like Operations and Web Strategy to create remarkable experiences. You'll also work hand-in-hand with the Sales teams that your conversational experiences support. This role reports to the Team Manager of Conversational Marketing and sits within the Global Messaging team.

In this role, you'll:

  • Run data-driven experiments to optimize existing conversational experiences.
  • Hit demand targets to support our sales team.
  • Create chatflows for global campaigns, product launches, and new website pages.
  • Partner with developers to define custom functionality you need.
  • Find longer-term opportunities to improve the Customer Experience, like using SMS and WhatsApp.

  • A storyteller with data. Finding opportunities to improve means pulling from quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Passionate about the future of technology. Conversational marketing is a once-in-a-decade shift and you can help define it onsite and on other channels.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. The business evolves fast and so do our priorities.
