Conversation Chatbot/Messaging Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Conversation Designer, As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will be responsible for creating unique designs and chatbot conversation flows which will help creating a roadmap for an incredible conversational bot experience for our clients.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Providence, RI or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years with Information Technology
• At least 2 years of experience in designing conversation diagram that details the entire user experience, from happy paths to edge cases, as well as shortcuts that can be taken through natural language (for any chatbot/messaging tool like Google DialogFlow, IBM Watson, LivePerson etc)

• At least 2 years of experience in client facing roles
• Familiarity with conversational automation and messaging channels
• Familiarity with conversational bots
• Experience with Agile methodologies (preferably Agile Scrum)
• Knowledge of design tools (like Adobe Suite, sketch, Visio etc)
• Experience in design thinking approach for requirement elucidation
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires travel
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
