About the opportunity 

We currently have an exciting opportunity available within our Transformation team for a Chat Bot Manager.

The role is accountable for supporting the Head of Automation with scoping, developing and running our chat bot proposition with the end focus strongly on improving the experience and functionality for our end users.

The role will get to mix disciplines, with a strong focus being on both project & stakeholder management as well as using your skills to craft high quality conversations and experiences.

What you will be doing 

• Support the Head of Automation with the creation of our chatbot strategy. Running our chatbot portfolio of work to ultimately deliver great engagement in order to contribute to how our service models should run

• Run partner evaluation and selection to ensure we have the best product fit

• Conduct robust data analysis so we fully understand chatbot interaction and make resultant refinements

• Responsible for the design, governance and version control of our chat bot journeys. And creating and running clear product roadmaps

• Work with the operational side to identify chat bot opportunities and lead on developing the business rationale and ultimately delivery

• Experience of delivering chatbots into multi-channel operational environments

• Proficient project management skills and experience across technical, process, proposition and policy improvements

We believe to be successful within this role, you will need to have

• Experience of delivering chatbots into multi-channel operational environments

• Proficient understanding of technology and how to implement new solutions into a corporate architecture

• Proficient project management skills and experience across technical, process, proposition and policy improvements

• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills. Must be credible and able to comfortably flex their approach to different stakeholders & situations

• Proven successful delivery within multi-functional teams

• Excellent Microsoft office skills – including Visio.
