In CX technology we focus on the automation of processes used by Allegro staff (e.g. we develop chatbots, mailbots and machine learning) and make sure they are satisfied with the IT service and tools available. You might hear about our solutions Chatbot Allina and Mailbot Allbert in many conferences and speeches.
Why should you work with us?
You will join CX Tech team and get involved in the implementation of projects in the area of Customer Service, in particular, related to chatbots and automation using Machine Learning technology
You will take responsibility for collecting, describing, documenting, analyzing and agreeing on business requirements for implemented solutions in the above mentioned area
Model the business processes and prepare technical specifications
Analyze the broader context of implemented solutions (legal or IT security dependencies)
Cooperate with other internal teams - from Customer Service to Business IT
You will be involved in the implementation of new tools for business users and support them in working with new solutions
You will take responsibility for the development and analysis of implemented solutions
You will prepare recommendations for solutions based on the analysis of available data taking into account the objectives of the organization
You will prepare documentation at each stage of work

The offer is directed to individuals who:
Have an experience as a Business /Systems Analyst or Chatbot Designer
Have experience in collecting user requirements and creating functional and system specifications
Have a working knowledge of application development and implementation, requirements documentation and business process modeling
Are problem solvers who are capable of critical thinking and taking proactive actions
Are able to skillfully manage stakeholders' expectations
Are comfortable establishing relations and cooperating with people representing both business and IT areas
Communicate well in Polish and English (min. B2)
Nice to have:
Have worked on a project involving chatbots
Already had the opportunity to design dialogues and conversational interfaces
Have knowledge about UML and BPMN
Have knowledge of NLU/NLP technologies (e.g. Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson, MS Bot Framework)
